Use the mediums of breath, movement and sound to take a deeper look within. Will and Karianne will lead exercises to open the body and mind through the practice of yin yoga and sound healing. Yin yoga is used to balance the active lifestyle commonplace in today’s fast-paced society. Through a slower, more meditative approach, simple postures are held to work deeper levels of the body - connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, fascia) and energy paths. With the body and mind open, this workshop will conclude with a 25 minute guided meditation and sound bath using crystal sound bowls to dissolve tension and move energy. Leave with a new level of openness and a peaceful, meditative state of being.
