With our busy, ever-changing world filled with high-speed technology and stress, focusing on self-care is more important than ever. Meditation is a tool that has been used for thousands of years to calm the mind, reduce stress and provide more focus, awareness, and clarity in life.

Join General Assembly, taking a break from the typical workday grind with Karianne Wardell as she delves deeper into the why and how of meditation. Spend the first 30 minutes learning more about the importance of meditation for your physical, emotional and mental health. Then finish with a guided, practical mediation process that will focus on breath, body, and mind.

You will leave feeling reconnected and recharged having the confidence to easily incorporate this technique into your daily routine.
