Our approach

We architect for meaningful outcomes.

A Lofti retreat is a multi-month program. It starts by using data to drive the design and preparing your group so you find breakthroughs offsite. And then, ensuring the investment continues back at work.

Assess Icon

Assess: A data-driven process

We start with assessments and coaching conversations that surface what the group actually needs, not what a templated agenda assumes. We start around 90 days before the retreat.

We survey the team on satisfaction, mood, and motivation. Results provide a blueprint around their collective drivers of happiness which are a data-backed foundation informed by scientifically proven drivers of engagement.
Depending on organizational needs, we review work environment or group survey data, host working sessions with stakeholders, and conduct coaching sessions before the retreat so that each leader arrives with a personal intention. We also help communicate and engage prior to the event so that everyone arrives in the right mindset and prepared to engage deeply from day one.

Engage Icon

Engage: Seven dimensions of well-being drives programming

Every moment is composed with intention. Programming, pacing, space, sound, movement, and silence are all mapped against the dimensions the group is carrying. Nourishing food and time to rest creates a foundation for individual restoration.

The design combines facilitated leadership conversations, immersive experiences and reflection at the right moments. We create an event arc, not a schedule. We begin with arrival & connection which flows into strategic dialogue and immersive experience with intentional well-being moments throughout. We build agendas with experiences for team building, personal reflection, and relaxation. We teach breathwork and grounding techniques attendees can use in real time. By the end of the retreat, our breakthrough ideas are ready for integration and forward momentum.

A sample arc: how success unfolds through three days.

Lofti serves as on-site facilitator and co-host, coordinating with venue programming teams, event producers, and leadership to design the connective tissue between every moment. Our facilitation allows leaders to actively participate instead of worrying about the details. We make sure nothing is missed between what the team needs and how the event is managed.

Thrive Icon

Thrive: The retreat ends; the momentum doesn’t.

We call it the “ripple effect.” Where most event agencies and consultants drop off is where we help keep moving momentum forward by building on candid dialogue, shared insight, and collective alignment.

We conduct a second baseline snapshot 30 days post-retreat to see what has shifted. The data becomes a before/after story and the basis for future programming decisions.
We can also help with individual well-being coaching sessions to connect the dots between retreat takeaways and each leader's personal objectives. Intentions set before the retreat become commitments integrated into work. In addition to coaching, we offer virtual micro-sessions and integrated content to support ongoing well-being.
